Professional Liquidation
If you need to liquidate the household contents of a deceased relative, we will work with the heir or administrator and conduct a thorough, on-site sale.
If you are  down sizing or going into an extended care facility and plan to  bring only a limited number of possessions, we will liquidate everything remains. Claudia is an experienced and Certified appraiser; you can be assured that unusual or rare items will be researched and sold in the appropriate manner. 

Appraisals
If you need additional policy coverage for your antiques and collectibles, we can assist and prepare a report that will protect your cherished possessions.
If you are moving and need special coverage for certain items, we will provide an appraisal to protect the property en route.  This  appraisal can also be used with your home owners coverage in your new home for up to five years.
If your valuables arrive off the moving van in damaged condition, we can assist by providing the replacement value, depreciation, and/or repair costs by the appropriate experts.

Consignment Sales/Inquiries
If you would like to sell certain possessions, we provide advice for a minimal fee and/or depending on the item, will assist you in the sale after researching and determining the  most appropriate market.
